All good ideas..... maybe something I have wanted for my house but not needed. I want to get a cat, but I have to be well enough to take care of it
Start with 1... ease into it...Get 2. They need each other. You'll be glad you did.
Start with 1... ease into it...
Yah. You're right Wat... Start with one hun...Cats need cats. Get 2. Two is easing in. Getting 4 is a bit much right off the bat.
Very well done yes Missk. Most important thing is to be proud of yourself, and be kind to yourself.Yeah. The first week is the worst. I am trying to not be to restrictive. I am not hungry and sure the hell not thirsty with the water I drink. I pee all the time. When I hit goal I will share my before and after with the trusted group.... or maybe just the silhouette
Ok…wife has had me on this stuff for years now. As soon as I feel the first twinge of a cold or bug we start hitting this stuff hard.Just woke up from about an hour nap. Just hitting the fluids and meds etc. being lazy and reading on my phone checking lit
Our Euro brothers can correct me if I’m wrong, but a EuroRail pass for when you reward yourself. That way you can knock out a chunk of Europe. Don’t forget Budapest. It’s like Paris-East. Lived there on and off over five years. It’s not to be missed!I want to see some stuff in the world
I don't mind being chased to bed by an old dog!Morning weather from the Great Lakes State: in the 40s again and the furnace kicked on.
More heat coming back this way.
The old dog and I snored loudly last night as we woke each other up.
Finishing cup 2 and chasing Lilli to bed - well sort of as she is hard to catch and has a mind of her own.
Have a great day!
You need an attorney and the 5th???I taught it in self defence and karate....it works. To learn anything more you will need to contact my attorney. I believe I can plead 5th amendment.
Just stop biting her ankles B2....lolI don't mind being chased to bed by an old dog!![]()
I remember moving from ICD 9 to ICD 10. Everyone was in such a panic! That, combined with constant CMS and TJC changes just gets exhausting. You're running after grown-ass adults who should be seeking their own education and not expecting to be spoon fed and looked after like a baby.Yeah, but they are overloaded too... it is growing pains. I told my boss that we needed to get our prospecting process going. This after I messed up education and only worrying about recapture and not new capture of codes is gonna get us nowhere esp with the cooking v28 of the icd 10 changes is /giving us. They were talking about what an opportunity cancer was going to be to capture new codes. And I bursted all their bubbles the other day, a lot of the chemotherapy related conditions like neuropathy pan cytopenia Etc are no longer HCC codes. They all looked at me like I was nuts. And then I said the only education we're going to be doing for cancer is to stop coding breast prostate Etc cancers 10 years after they were diagnosed and make sure that you're capturing metastasis appropriately. It's like chasing forest fires with a washcloth.
