Watch out for speed bumps. One got me walking fast the other day and it was hilariously entertaining for everyone in the bar..
I don't have a cool morning. It's already feeling like 90s here and sun hasn't even come up.Good morning Wat, IS and OM. I am sorry I missed Lilli but it was good to read her posts.
What a cool morning in the 50s. Feels like fall for most of the week.
Thanks to all about my having a new grandchild in my family. They are a delight.
That reminds me, it is time to get the AC checked. Humidity is back after a two days of low humidity, relatively speaking.I don't have a cool morning. It's already feeling like 90s here and sun hasn't even come up.
I need to move north

If you like 4 seasons go North. Lilli said the PNW had 4 seasons in moderation. Sounds nice.I don't have a cool morning. It's already feeling like 90s here and sun hasn't even come up.

Good morning Sub. May the AC work well! That reminds me, it is time to get the AC checked. Humidity is back after a two days of low humidity, relatively speaking.
Thanks, It is but I wake up sometimes and wonder what it would be like with out it and how people survived down here before AC. I have back ups!Good morning Sub. May the AC work well!
Depending on where you live a heat pump will help. They are efficient heating if it is not too cold. Below a certain temperature they rely on resistance heaters (like a stove top) and are not that efficient or cost effective.I have a neighbor who has a heat pump. I need to ask him how itβs going. It might help me with my heating and cooling bills.
Don't Smoke them too muchOff to see the worker bees . . . .

It wasn't quite as hot in those days. Since I've lived down here, we went from a solid 3 months of winter with freezing nights up to 3 days to what we have now. one month of bipolar temps and usually not getting below 40 on our coldest nightI am old enough to remember my childhood when we did not have AC. In the middle of the day you found shade and did nothing. Mostly active in the morning or evening.
The AC guy down here told me to pour a little vinegar down the pipes once every other week and that would keep them clear. I do and they are. They also have tablets you can put in the tray that do the same thing, preventing clogging.I have to get my air compressor out and blow the pipes to keep it from filling with water every three months. It is about time for that
Tried it. Doesn't work. My POS was here when they installed it and allowed them to lay the pipe in and awkward place that lays flat for 13 or 14 ft, then comes up at a 90 degree angle with a pour spout that stands a little less than a foot high. The AC guy down here told me to pour a little vinegar down the pipes once every other week and that would keep them clear.
