Kamala’s 2024 Presidential Run

Because his age was becoming an issue with the media. By stepping down the way he did, President Biden outsmarted the moneymen who didn't want Harris as his replacement and instead appealed directly to the Democratic base. The groundswell of support she's received since he stepped down completely flummoxed the rich dudes who wanted a contested convention.

The way he withdrew had the added benefit of throwing the Trump campaign into disarray--they had planned months of attacks against Biden and having Harris suddenly at the top of the ticket caught them completely flatfooted.

It was a political masterstroke that demonstrated that although Biden may be old, he's a crafty old fox.

I also believe President Biden recognized that he wasn’t able to sustain like he used to.

Of course, that travel and event schedule before the debate would challenge anyone’s capacity to sustain - especially if they were / are ACTUALLY DOING THE JOB OF PRESIDENT like President Biden WAS / IS doing. (See also: The recent release of wrongfully detained Americans, managing the war in Ukraine, managing the Israel-Gaza crisis, managing the economy, etc.)

😳

I also believe President Biden took that bout of Covid as a sign from the almighty that it was time to pass the torch: President Biden is a devoutly religious man and had previously stated that he would drop out if the lord almighty told him to. While I don’t subscribe to such things, President Biden may very well have factored that coincidence into his decision.

🤔

Side note:

I still believe President Biden could have won the election, and I know Kamala will still have to appeal to voters who President Biden appealed to if she wants to win in November.

👍

Do people not understand two things can be true? She is black and Indian. If that's the worst they got on her, Repubs, y'all in trouble. Funny he can't even vote for himself in the election

Even comparing Derpy to Kamala Harris to is a yuuuuuge insult to the Vice President.

Yes it is. But derpy is so pathetic and insecure he's got to try to say he's better than her - even though he isn't even in the same league. And never will be. That's where the stupid boast of passing the bar on the first attempt comes from. As if some third rate lawyer would ever come close to the achievements and status of Kamala Harris.

I wasn't the one comparing me to Harris. That was you in an effort to somehow prove you're morally superior by using personal attacks against someone you don't know on an anonymous porn board over the internet.

Not that you'll ever understand that point.

The boast, I believe was you LYING about something you have no knowledge of.

Not that you'll ever admit to understanding that point either.

i wonder why he's ok'd the 4th? does it clash with a court appearance he has to attend? does it clash with K.H's schedule, meaning she'd have to cancel an appearance elsewhere?

However, the invitation to the ABC News debate -- which Trump and Biden accepted in May -- still remains open and Harris said last week she would attend.

“Donald Trump is running scared and trying to back out of the debate he already agreed to and running straight to Fox News to bail him out. He needs to stop playing games and show up to the debate he already committed to on Sept 10," Harris campaign communications director Michael Tyler said in a statement. "The Vice President will be there one way or the other to take the opportunity to speak to a prime time national audience. We’re happy to discuss further debates after the one both campaigns have already agreed to. Mr. Anytime, anywhere, anyplace should have no problem with that unless he’s too scared to show up on the 10th.”

The Harris campaign has not accepted the Fox debate and no further details have been released.

The boast is you falsely claiming you passed the bar in the first go.

I mean really, no one believes that. Especially after watching you here.

What you choose to believe is irrelevant to the truth.

Remember, I can PROVE what I say while YOU have no proof at all.

You keep telling yourself that derpy. It can go with the bar exam delusions.

If you have proof that something I say about when I graduated and was sworn in is false, trot it out here under the lights and let's take a good look at it.

Your move, angry girl. It's put up time.

Well? Where is it? I know you're still on the board so where's your proof?

Unless your silence is an admission that you have none.

So, care to share with the group how many times it actually took you to pass the bar.
HisArpy knows he can bluster this one out, because the thread where he ill-advisedly posted a redacted picture of his law degree was poofed by management here. He got very prickly back then with me about the number of times it took him to pass the state bar, saying LOTS of law school graduates take multiple tries to pass.

But he evidently did pass the bar exam eventually, in his 40s but he still passed. Hasn't set foot in a courtroom in over five years, but hey, thats the problem with word-of-mouth advertising: it works both ways.

A simple search reveals:

Yes, entering the U.S. illegally is considered a criminal offense under U.S. law. <whine snip>
Pay attention, dumbass. I didn't ask about ENTRY. Getting caught ENTERING the United States without the proper paperwork (visa, asylum request, etc) has always been a crime.

I'm asking about the mere fact of random Hispanic speakers being FOUND WITHOUT DOCUMENTATION is a crime.

45% of all "illegal immigrants" are visa overstays, many of them from European and Asian countries.

I'm asking if, say, Texas Rangers can round up everyone in a city who speaks Spanish and presume they are illegal if they don't have documentation then and there? Hmm? Is "speaking Spanish" probable cause for an instant citizenship check?

Tell us.
