I can... I think I need therapy..... I know my thinking isn't right I just don't know how to stop it. Like I feel so damn mad all the time. I dont even want to be my own friend.... it is wearing me out

This really isn’t good for you @Missk_2022! My suggestion would be get yourself into HR on Monday, tell them that if you carry on like this you are going to be seriously ill and that they need to listen to you, do something about it, and you will be taking a week off on sick leave to get away from the stress!

I really feel for you! This is where I was sometime after my dad died and I was given this advice by a good friend at work. She took me out for a coffee (yes a coffee) and literally frog marched me into our HR Directors office and left me there until it was sorted! I will forever be in her debt for saving my sanity!
