It is a pretty nice day here.... we r supposed to get rain all week..... I had a nap and am just looking out the window. Have a lost , but just want to do nothing

So that is what I want to do...


We had a big old barn owl invade the chicken cook like it was his personal chicken nugget factory.... found his fave place under the heat lamp..... his claws were bigger than my hand..... he was evicted

Do you guys remember the Laff A Lympics? There were three teams, The Yogis the Scooby Doobies and my faves: the Really Rottens.

They were all the bad guys, including Mumbly (muttley) and the Dread Baron (dick dastardly)

Rousted my grandson out of bed at a sensible time today. We got up into the hills before the weather broke in perfect walking temperatures. Got to see what Scotland is famous for…hills, thistles, heather, stane dykes, and wee burns. Lovely to have time with a precious young man!

I have become a fan of birds of prey.

They are beautiful. We have red tailed hawks, Cooper’s hawks, barn owls and eagles here.

I think I’ve seen an osprey too. Just not sure.
