Happy Saturday!!! Time for cup #2. I seem to be caught up, but then I always seem to miss a post somewhere. The old cat is acting a bit delicate. Ever so often, I wonder if he's starting to circle the drain. He has every right to. I think he's the dearest little cat I've ever had.

I usually go to the store on Sunday morning before the church ladies. But I seem to have committed the Unpardonable Sin of allowing myself to run short of coffee. We are now at Emergency Status, so there will be a store run this morning.

I've been doing this shit/stuff in one form or fashion since the Bush 1 recession. You know, Dana Carvey doing Herbert Herbert and the economy was "hovering." Yeah. I hovered into renovation and worked my way down the affordability scale to wind up in Low Income Housing/Tax Credit work. Like i said, a lot of people don't want to do it. My temperament seems to have evolved into it also.


Waiting for the phone to ring is all.

Hell yes. I am moving to a nicer duplex, $1250. Landlord put on internet, 16 hits overnite. U wanna buy a house? Better offer full asking price here, and quick, it 2 days it will be gone. We all know what interest rates are too. Bad time to be needing housing.
