Zach Lowe has a very good read on the finals series. Will be interesting. Think Boston is the better team, but we'll see if Luka and Kyree can keep getting their supporting cast to play at such a high level. Having no real rooting interest here, I'd like it to go 6 or 7 games.

I saw that Celtics made 7 3's in the first quarter. The '91 bulls made 5 3's in their entire finals series. Game might have changed a bit!

The statisticians have shown 38% 3 point shooting is better than 48% midrange 2 point shooting over the course of a complete game. You see players give up a 2 point shot that would have had an 80% chance to kick it out to a 40% 3 point shot. It makes for crazy runs too.

Another key to the game last night was Luke had ONE assist and the Mavs as a team had 8. In the series with Thunder and Wolves, their assist numbers were impressive and Luka was involving everyone. I guess credit Boston's defense - made it harder for them.

Clarke's Fever vs Mystics last night had a combined 20 loses so it was far from an important game but do note that the sell our crowd of 20k in attendance is simply amazing. Not and's and it's about it ........ she's bringing in the people to watch and every single person involved with the WNBA should just be appreciative of what she's brought to the league.

She hit 3 pointers which is her trademark but watch her incredible assists and if you're a true basketball fan you'll know that she's got talent. Locked in and precise passes to her teammates to create their baskets.

Celtics are playing elite defense so far. Really shutting down what the mavs want to do. I suspect Dallas will get one at home and then celts take it in 5.

Not much incentive for them to had played hard and won it in Dallas. They could had but why bother in thinking???

They go home, bring in a little bit more revenue with ticket sales and concessions, have their fans cheering them on and they go back into their own locker room to celebrate. A few more days won't hurt them and I see zero chance for Dallas winning.
