My city is one of many that have started utilizing goats for landscape management of public areas to great success.
I'm calling it a night early. Today wiped me out. All is well, just tuckered out.
Sweet dreams all...

Thank you.Welcome azuldrgon.
I took the rigatoni pasta and sauce I made the other day, turned it into a casserole dish, covered heavily with Mozzerella, and baked it. Dinner tonight! I forgot to get a pic.For this sauce, I took Wonderer's recipe and then went to work on it. I used to do Italian Sausage and ground chuck half and half, but I switched to sausage only a few batches ago. It could go either way.
I put this in the fridge overnight but it's back on the heating element to come to a bubble before it goes back to simmer for a couple of more hours. I buy the four cheese "Italian" blend because it's a bit spiffier than plain mozzarella. I use mozzarella for casseroles.
Pleasant dreams till it’s COFFEE timeWelcome @Azuldrgon

I did not know that! I like putting some kind of reaction on most posts for that very reason.Says the sweetheart with twice the reaction points as posts. I do like that we use it for each other. It says "I read your post and didn't just slide on by," but it isn't important as far as one's "meaning" or "significance" around here, or anywhere else, for that matter.

I do have a pretty pimped out kitchen! It works for me. I have some basic bread knives for my breads. I really do need to get some decent knives.Oooo, look at the spiffy granite top and s/s gas stove!!! Somebody has the pimped-out version of a kitchen. I don't even own a decent kitchen knife. Speaking of (and I bet you have good knives), what do you have for a knife? I should get one - a good one. I do have a set of sharpening stones, if I'd ever sit down and learn to use them.
I always have 2-3 boxes of noodles on the shelf. And cheeses in the drawer.
This sauce turns out like I think and I'm posting the recipe.
True that! I'm getting ready to embark on an ambitious remodeling project...Announcing one's plans is a great way to spark laughter from the heavens . . . .

My knife drawer is a mish-mash of knives. I used to have Cutco, but they're not worth fussing with. Mine were given to me by my in-laws. They continually lost their edge. I finally chucked them in the charity box. I have a set of Cuisinart knives, but I'm finding I need to sharpen them too often as well. I have a steel and some sharpening stones, also an electric sharpener.
One day, I'll stop buying nail polish and save my money for some GOOD knives!![]()

Hello all.

Awww! She'll be home soon, B2. Just think of the reunion!Today is bittersweet as my GF visits her family in Utah for a week. I already miss her. And I see my grandson this morning which makes me smile.
News is puzzling as whooping cough is resurfacing in our county.
When I was a kid, we had a cat that would lay in the sink in the bathroom while water dripped on his head.
