I haven’t bothered with mine for theclastvtwomyrars and nobody has bugged me about it which say it all. What’s the point when I work one day a week shovelling corporate 💩 to pay a few bills. I am done with such nonsense!

Reminds me of a training course I went on. They asked me how I would deal with a colleague who was a lovely guy but completely ineffective and verging on incompetent. I suggested we put them in the HR department! Didn’t go down well as it was our ahi Director running the course. 🤣🤣

I have a reputation for not putting up with BS.

I have to admit your suggestion is one of the best. (y)(y). I suspect that in US industries there is a unknown tax consisting of just carrying people. ROD tax.....(Retired on Duty)
