This recipe is my favorite so far. It also avoids oats which helps since we have a few gluten free folks in the group. Not all oats are GF, so this just takes the guess work out for everyone. This recipe makes the smoothest batter that is easiest to mix - even with using a runny peanut butter. I used the double boiler tip and it worked like a charm. Forgot to let it cool, so the mini chips melted. Used a mix of protein powder and cocoa powder to roll them in to finish. Took them to a family dinner and there were no leftovers. Kids and adults scarfed them up!

These sound good, L2WU! I'll give it a try. I do use GF oats in mine. I just throw in stuff from my pantry and freezer.

It’s a day at the computer for me and recovery from 6 hours driving yesterday. Great day celebrating my mums 89 birthday. Then after lunch I offer to take her for a walk around the block with my brother. Get out of the door and she takes us on a 2 1/2 mile hike into the country and back home! Some woman who complains only that she is a little slow 😂

Up. About ready for a refill. I think I've read this thread to current. If I missed you and I shouldn't have, tell me. I'll make it good if I can. I'm going to work on this rifle today, make the casserole that I blew off yesterday, maybe cut the grass, review my resume and repost it, apply for something interesting for work, maybe cut the grass before the heat sets in, and maybe test out one of these a/c units There be choices

You can’t really mess up my hair..it’s a dual action mop. Curly, so it can be brushed out or if left to its own devices it’ll just curl up like a poodle or can be picked out like a Fro! Plus it grew out fast way back when!

Curly hair is very forgiving, isn't it? I cut my own hair during Covid. It grows pretty fast and I figured the curl would cover up any mistakes! 😆😆
