I been meaning to reply to your posts on tractor maintenance.

Last year I had to replace the hydraulic pump on my ford tractor. Actually found one and it wasn’t too hard to swap out the old for the new one. Knock steel, the front end loader is working really well.

Now to fix that pesky leak in the PTO drive.

I been meaning to reply to your posts on tractor maintenance.

Last year I had to replace the hydraulic pump on my ford tractor. Actually found one and it wasn’t too hard to swap out the old for the new one. Knock steel, the front end loader is working really well.

Now to fix that pesky leak in the PTO drive.

The PTO works fine on this machine. The hydraulics to lift the hawg, not so much. In fact, they lift when empty and that's all. I recall having found a new import pump for around $400. For as little as this machine gets used, that would be fine. For hawgin', I don't care if it lifts or not. I also need to give it a going through on the ignition. Plugs-n-wires, most likely.

I am a delicate flower, I wilt when it’s over 80, I need cool air. Good thing I live in Canada lol, although here we do get the Gulf Stream air mass making its way north in the summer

Need a nice, cold hose, Sin?? Actually, I don't do heat well either. We used to take dinner out on the boat during hot days before we had AC installed. We still do sometimes when it's hot. I try to find the cove where the kids are gathered. It's fun to watch them!

I love this! Here in the States Monty Python has taken on Cult Status and has for a long time, and I include myself in that cult! BUT! I love a good skewering and honest opinion! You Brits seem to have that in spades and I appreciate it for what it’s worth.

I recently started following a British guy (forget his name) that has a UToob channel that “rates” bands and I watch one yesterday that basically was 10 Bands I should Love but Hate. He skewers some sacred cows and the fallout in the comments is priceless…

I'm Out West this morning. I have an albatross Back East which will hang me up there for 8 more months. Then, I sell out and come here for good-n-all, insh'Allah. We're still buying land as we can swing it. And we're going to look at 2 more horses tomorrow. This is Horse Country, and old ones get thrown away all the time. They seem to be grateful for a place to live out their days.
