There are storms predicted for all morning tomorrow and then pop-up showers off/on all afternoon. Nothing scary or intense for me - just a wet blanket for the whole dang day.

Got the grass cut - not well but adequate. Rain's a'comin'. Did some sanding on the new stock - just high-number grit polishing, really. Tried the stains in the barrel trough - no stain it is. Just the finish - Tung Oil. And the s'ghetti smells wonderful!!! I may cheat and cut it off sooner and have some soon. I'm hungry anyway.

Sounds yummy. I made a slow braised beef dish... a little like a stroganoff with mushrooms and onions... crossed with a beef vegg8e soup without the veggies... pretty tasty

I joined a csa so a local farm delivers whatever is fresh and they picked.... truly what they grew not bananas and crap people try to do. So last time got beets asparagus green onions herbs (to dry) tiny sweet potatoes oyster and suitable mushrooms. they have q high tower to grow stuff through the winter.... they had upick strawberries too. I dont like everything they have so I swap out what I like. They also have freezer beef and pork and eggs.. oh last week I also got a lb each of hamburger and sausage. This week I am getting carrots lettuce asparagus ham hamburger patties a dozen eggs kale oyster and shuttle mushrooms green onions asparagus parsley and a couple things I can't remember. It is 50$ every 2 weeks plus 10$ delivery charge..... everything is fresh and delicious.... wish 8 was closer I would have shared

There has been twitter buzz for a few weeks if the farmer and his extremely pregnant cow 88. She was huge and finally gave birthe yesterday. But lost the calf. Today 88 died

Needed up having a great day.

Power went out around noon. We were all stuck. Everyone on our road couldn’t get in or out. I guess if there was an emergency they woulda figured something out. We were shuttling people back and forth on quads and utv’s from the main rd to their houses. Was kinda fun.

Ended up hosting a big neighborhood cookout. We were planning for 12, but had a bunch of frozen burgers so must’ve had 35-40 people at our place. Ran out of buns, and plastic ware.

Good time: nice fire, good food, good neighbors, fun company.

Still no power. They replaced the poles abt an hour ago and then the power co will continue to work. Maybe tomrrow.

You lot were busy and active again today. I love it.
