Thank you for placing the flags. It has special meaning to so many. All except one of my immediate family members who served made it back, including me.

He was the copilot of a B-17 making a bombing run on Nazi Sub Pens in Saint-Nazaire. The initial run was obscured by clouds, and so they made the turn back through the flack. A large squadron of Focke Wulf 190’s attacked the formation and his bird was either hit by flack or the fighters. Last known reports were two engines smoking and the Fortress was losing altitude making for the Chanel. The aircraft and crew were never recovered. All listed as MIA.

Can your Dr write a recommendation for your insurance company? Sometimes that will work. It's worth a shot.

Downward dog is a good way to stretch those muscles and provides a bit of elevation. Maybe @CuriousRick can borrow RJ's tight rubber pants... Compression solved!
