The first time I made rhubarb pie; I had a negative reaction. I never attempted it again...
As a small child I used to sneak into a neighbor's garden and eat rhubarb stalks right from the ground. I'd wipe off the dirt and start chomping. Delicious!

She'd always call my mom in a panic. She wasn't concerned about her garden - I wasn't eating that much. She was concerned because "little girls have such a delicate constitution". :ROFLMAO:

Eggplant though? That must be cooked IMO.
