I'm so sorry, Hilton! Hot shower for you! Antihistamines, decongestants, lots of fluids. Try to rinse out your nose with warm, not hot, water. It will help mobilize the mucous and wash out viruses.

Hot soup always gets things moving for me. Hot meaning temperature, but a little spice doesn't hurt either. Hope you feel better soon! Good luck at the doctor's!
