I haven't peeked into here in a few days so it's like I'm behind close to double digit pages well I was gonna reply back to the " who wants afternoon coffee " post but realized it was days ago so I didn't bother haaaaa!!??

Morning! Full day on tap.

Finishing up some masonry work on our pool.

Weed whacking, rounding a large tree that came down and weeding the garden.

Then bring my tractor up from the farm to move some giant stumps.

Stupidly I have not really done any maintenance on my lawn tractor, my tractor or my push mower, so I’m sharpening blades, and changing oil/filters.
In all three.

On the plus side, we had an amazing morning of sex. We move long, drawn out sessions, and we both got what we needed.

Home. Morning errands successfully completed. FedEx is expensive but way cheaper than driving it there myself. Took Mom to brunch, and there were the obligatory "do for mes" too, which also got done.

I installed the new dishwasher this afternoon and we did a test run with the supper dishes, works like a charm. I went to a place called demo warehouse and picked up a slightly shop soiled machine at almost half price. You have to look close to see the slight scratch and dent.

We got a ton done today.

Went to bank, weed whacked, Sharpened my chainsaw chain and then
cut up a huge branch that came down - stacked up the wood.

Drove down to farm and got the tractor.
drove it to our house and picked up a MONSTER stump that’s been in our lawn for a year. Weighed at least 1500 lbs. moved a few more huge stumps over.

brought log splitter over to where the logs are for this week.

THEN we weeded the garden.

What a day!

It’s a 1972 Ford 4000. An absolute beast of a tractor. Runs and runs and runs.

So noted. There are 2 for sale Out West where the large dirt plots are. One is a Kubota which looks to be a touch small. The other is a 70s model Allis Chalmers which looks to be a bit much. Bear in mind, I'm largely of the More Is Better school of thinking, but the big one may be a bit much. Besides, it may be a bit too tall to go into the barn. If you're going to have a loader, you should be outta the horse poop shoveling business.

I was undecided whether I should have a cup of coffee or start on a bottle of wine. I decided on the java and my wife grabbed the bottle of wine not all heroes wear capes right??
