Do you have any rescue meds for the mood swings? You might not have found quite the right combination. It's so challenging sometimes. 🫂🩷🫂
Risperdal helps with bipolar syndrome. Wifey called me, Dr Jekyl & Mr Hyde, because I can change my mind in an instant and back again...

My wife has this:
Chronic granulomatous disease (CGD) is a rare heterogeneous condition described as a series of recurrent life-threatening infections. Defective phagocyte NADPH oxidase causes the disease. The ultimate result is the inability of phagocytes such as neutrophils, monocytes, and macrophages to destroy certain microbes.

And I have this Problem:

I'm an INTERSEXUAL
Intersex is a general term used for a variety of conditions in which a person is born with a reproductive or sexual anatomy that doesn't seem to fit the typical definitions of female or male. For example, a person might be born appearing to be female on the outside, but having mostly male-typical anatomy on the inside.

Go figure
Your wife must have to be so careful! How does she manage this?

We don't go out much, and when we do, we're masked.
She also has COPD, CHF & Advanced Scoliosis and is in extreme pain 24/7 from impacted disc's

Oh, and I also have ADHD and arthritis in both hands which makes me type slow...

Funny how when we see friends or relatives we haven't seen in like awhile and we see them at a family gathering.......... topic of conversation eventually steers to what meds and what dosages we're all taking 🙄?!? Such an enjoyable topic?!?

I've come to the simple conclusion of just take the darn meds and be done with it. All im asking for my birthday is a " fancier or at least a nicer " pill box!?!?
I recently was part of a group that celebrated someone's 75th birthday, and the person making the milestone got TWO elaborate pill containers -- enough that he can fill his "once a day" prescriptions for an entire month (and use his "old" containers for a month of non-prescription swallows).

He also got a variety of other gag gifts. My favorite was the "past it" note pad, with a list of activities and reminders on one side and space for his own notes on the other.
