I hate last minute cancellations. They mess me up. My therapist called sick today so i get a call half an hour before my appointment to cancel. I have a load of stuff to off load on her too.

Flippantly , offload into your wheelie bin; seriously, that's a bugger, I have been through cbt and you have to steel yourself sometimes ; your therapist to cancel is unfortunate but don't take it personally

Oh I don't... but it just fucks me up. It happened last year and was a "straw that broke the camels back" situation and I ended up getting brutalised by police and sectioned.
