@STrent I called out a racist thread in the politics board yesterday. They gave me short shrift. So took their advice. It's toxic and shook me up a bit. They had the nerve to call me a freak.

I'm surprised they're allowed to use homophobic and racist slurs and I believe that they are in here because they can.

I have been upset by the homophobic comments in there before. But, a lot of things upset me atm.

I agree and have reported posts previously particularly bullying or abusive ones.

I was reading about this the other day. It's survivable and not the ice age that we are led to believe. I'm not a climate denier, but it looks as though we will get winters similar to those of North America, lots of snow, and the summer will be more temperate.

Now at school I am sure I was told that we were either in or coming up to an ice age, but no one else remembers it. I think I've crossed an inter dimensional time fracture. And found myself on a less stable planet earth, or that I am now less stable in my own mind!

That's interesting. I'd always thought the winters would be worse than that if the conveyor stopped. I don't think it's your mind; the climate certainly seems to be way less stable these days. I was reading this coming autumn's going to be the worst hurricane season on record, so we'll probably get blasted with a whole series of named storms. Happy days!
