Windy Season in Scotland (and the rest of UK)
This is why I say, "There's a stiff breeze today." when others here are concerned about the wind. Study abroad for a year in Scotland and it changes your Wind Scale.

It's a bit stuffy here this afternoon. This place isn't noted for breezes but is noted for high humidity. I had hoped to be gone by this summer, but it looks like I might be here until Labor Day.

It is early morning and I wanted to sleep in. However, my beloved old dog needed to go out. Once up, I am going to be up for awhile.

So good morning early risers or night owls in the USA.

We do for our dogs whatever they need. In mine's case, pretty much what she wants, too!

I have no idea where i got this idea from but i went out while it was cold wrapped a strong garbage bag around the nest. Secured it cut off the branch and sent it to the land fill. No more wasps...

I'm not sure. There is a job coming up not far from there. This is down near the coast, which is why it's humid. Er. Humider. The good news is, there's plenty of work, so I don't mind.


I have that fair sunburn problem, too. Hats in the summer help.

Well I've been told and have observed that perhaps i am a bit crazy. But cold they don't move much those pretty wasps. But i would agree do not attempt unless your willing to accept a certain amount of risk

She's a wonderful cat. She was moved inside because other cats started taking up residence in Fred's barn, so there were beginning turf battles. Since Fred has seniority and the landlady loves her, she now lives in the house with her other 4 cats. It took her awhile to acclimate, but she is regularly caught these days playing with the youngest cats. I will miss her company when working on stuff out in the shop, let me tell you.

Very cool ride!

The two-doors are sexier, but that is, in my opinion, the best looking car design, 2 or 4 door, out of Deeetoit during the WW2 period.

Parents of the young man convicted of murder of his high school classmates, were sentenced to maximum prison sentence. It’s the first time that parents were tried and convicted of manslaughter based on their missing obvious warning signs of mental illness of their son.
