I had to look it up, looks cute, too bad there's no water access there, it looks like it would be a great spot to sail to if there was a dock.

It is cute. Used to go there and hike along the railroad right-of-way. Little restaurant in the warehouse used to be a great place for a burger and a beer. Haven't been out that way in decades, though. Stayed in the funky funky bed and breakfast once, too!
