It might be nice to have a few threads about location. I have met one person on Lit who lives not too far from me. It would be interesting to know who else is in my area.

My son and DIL take their little ones there for a few days each summer. They stay at a Marriott with a footpath to the beach but the kids prefer playing in the hotel’s indoor pool instead. Kids are funny like that

I'd rather play in the pool too. Not a big fan of sand in my clothes and I don't know what is in the ocean anymore.

I did a fair amount of surf fishing when I lived in Jersey. If I caught something that was not a fish, it looked a lot like a dinosaur.
I haven't swam in the ocean much since then. I don't skinny dip at the lake anymore either.
Large or small what ever is in the water is only able to eat and reproduce 24/7.

Looks like a pretty cool place to be. What local fare inspired the Worcestershire sauce? Meat, a drink? I've used that stuff so many ways over the years. Lately I have been using this stuff called Dale's. Not as a replacement but for some things it is.
