Isn't 70 the new 30 or something like that???šŸ˜„
Just a number anyways. Old is all in the head. I know 30 year Olds that act 80 and 80 year Olds that act 30 so........
A couple of months ago at a dance I asked a 20 something to dance near the end of the night. She said she was tired. I pointed out that I was nearly three times her age, and she conceded. It was actually a lovely dance, and we both had a good time. I was actually tired after that one, but danced the last dance of the night after it.

My wife and I like to go out dancing. Where we live, on "ladies nights" at the C&W bar there's live music. She gets in free and my cover is around $10, with no drink minimum. There's usually a decent sized group of people our age. There's all types dressed from casual to meat market sexy. I'll usually nurse a beer all night, while my wife might order from the well or stick to water. So, for under $25 we can dance for a couple of hours. It's fun to people watch and gets our own juices flowing. It's good exercise, and done right dancing is like having sex with our clothes on. Sometimes when I turn her or pull her in for a 'trick', I'll let her know what I plan to do to her when we get home. The music is loud, so no one else hears :).
When I go contra dancing it's $10 to $15, so my wife and I can get live music, a caller, and a dance hall for $30 or less. Pretty much all of time I've been dancing I've thought of it as ridiculously cheap, and I'm generally more entertained than at a sporting event (well let's except the World Series, that was special), or the theater, and for a lot less money.

Ok I am going to admit it. I have just worked back to back 13 hour stressful days, with long meetings and negotiations, and I need a nap. Damn I am getting old. LOl. Time was when I felt I never needed sleep.

If I fall asleep in front of the TV can someone give me a nudge ?
thank god I am not NAP old
sheesh

New on this site. Love it so far. I am a 73 yo bi man. Married but no sex here for years. So I watch porn and see male and female friends at an adult theater. Looking for chat buddies here.

In an off-grid cabin that frequently gets below freezing when not occupied, a water and wastewater system is pure PITA to deal with.
Oh, I'm sure! How do you get water into the cabin? Or, do you just bring everything in?

Questions for people but mostly for the guys
Do you do social (partner) dancing?
If so what kind?
If not, do you wish you could? What stops you?

Im about to start a dance in my town, and would like to get some thoughts I do expect a significant 50 plus audience.
My wife and I went to Austin a few is ago and we had a great time dancing.

Austin, sadly, is a hollow shell of what it used to be, but we found a great bar w live music: the white horse. Highly recommended club. All of these people put out moves to shame, but we had a great night!

There is a whisky bar (no dancing I know of thoughšŸ˜‚) called the Seven Grand off of Trinity and 7th…

It has nice 9’ pool tables a snooker table, old time feel and the taco joint next door has a back door you can order from on the patio. A wee bit pricey but they have everything you want whisky wise.

Oh did I mention the line up of Jackalopes on the wall!🤣

I love a good old man’s bar. Especially now that I’m in my mid-50s, i fit right in!

Used to be a place in Lambertville New Jersey called Masons. It was owned by Mr mason (no first name), , but it had two big signs out front that just said ā€œbar.ā€

So We called it ā€œbarā€. I was in my mid 20s and we always had a great time at that place. It was a black bar, I hate saying that, but sometimes we were the only white patrons in the place. Not all the time, but the place was fun!!

They even had all blues numbers on the jukebox, it was pretty cool, and everyone was pretty chill. if that wasn’t cool and fun enough, behind the bar was a penis bone collection!

According to the guardian, ā€œThe penis bone, which attaches at the tip of the penis rather than the base, provides structural support for male animals that engage in prolonged intromission.ā€

You’re never too old to learn something!

I have no idea how Mr. Mason got the collection and never asked him, but he always proudly had it displayed over the bar. They were right ups in local newspapers and Weird New Jersey and everything.
