Just saw on the news about Matthew Perry's death. He was 54yo and a few years younger than me. Reminds me about my own mortality and how we're all just visiting and at one point will leave this Earth.

I guess it is because when I fill out every on line survey it is always 18-25, 25-30, 30-40, 50 and over. I am not in that 50 and over range. where I always feel so much younger. I don't feel 50. And yet here I am

It's so odd getting out of bed in the morning with aches and pains to my joints and then that's when I wonder " didn't I just lay there and sleep for 6 to 7 hours?? " why on earth would my body be aching?!?! Such is life?
