That's what should be illegal.

They should in no way be a law enforcement arm of the government.

It's bad enough that they're already a hand out looking for handouts at the figurative point of Mao's barrel...
Oh my, the "sovereign citizens" love this thread. I wonder why?

President Joe Biden makes an excellent point: Who on God's earth needs a weapon with a 100 round magazine?

Yeah that's gonna help crime.
In addition to attracting the larger crowd of mostly male posters who get off on collecting and firing military grade weapons, this thread more specifically attracts the Stormfront militia types. Note that they openly state their desire to disarm federal law enforcement agents and express their desire to have these agents die, purportedly from suicide.

Take heed, Lit.

Dam, look at us being all insurrectiony and stuff...

And here I was under the impression that we were just being all rude and self-centered and inconsiderate . . . an' shit.
Nobody with a brain buys your shit that this thread's obsession with military weapons and resentment against federal law enforcement officials is simply light-hearted "fun stuff", Cutesy-Poo.

BA-BOOM! Mic drop and walk away!

Especially since the decision in Miller v. Bonta dropped today. Miller v. Bonta is a California case declaring the California Assault Weapons Ban unconstitutional.

It's a good read and deals with the notion that "military style weapons" and "weapons of war" aren't what the Left says they are and that such weapons are indeed covered by the text of the 2A.

The wailing and gnashing of teeth has already started, the State filed it's notice of appeal almost immediately.

Why why why, that's just . . . heartbreaking.

I'm still pondering the 100-round chamber.

But that's just me, riff raffin'.
