Term limits was an issue, as complex as the issue is they couldn’t come to agreements, they wanted equal years as the senate which would equate to three term for house members for one term in the senate. How do you fix that? Maybe make senate and house term equal at 4 years each an go from there. The senate would never agree to that. I think right wingers ( gang of eight ) are more in the camp of Senator Tom Coburn, term limits, balance budgets, controlling deficit spending, eliminating pork barrel spending.

That giant omnibus bill doesn’t pass the senate if it weren’t for McConnell and a gaggle of cowardly *RINO* senators who voted for that ridiculous bill.
