I'm simply pointing out terminating a pregnancy when the fetus is viable outside the womb doesn't require killing it. Ergo, I'm arguing for expanding female choice to end pregnancy while avoiding the issue of killing the fetus. A win win situation for both sides.
No it doesn't because the law outlaws abortion prior to a fetus reaching a state where it can survive outside the womb. Sorry but that is the law and the facts of biology. Maybe go to school and learn a bit, then come back and we can have more educated discussion.
