I assume you are talking about the beach. We have a place at Holden Beach. Love it there. Kinda a quiet family type place. Nothing commercial. Homes, restaurants and good places to eat ice cream. lol

Was talking about little area between Indian land and Monroe. The beach area your taking about sounds great. Prefer less commercial and traffic. Like staying at garden city Beach in sc, just south of Myrtle Beach.
