Curious bedfellows. The Firearm Policy Coalition has offered to take on Hunter Biden's gun charge case on Constitutional grounds. (If you "progressives" think the NRA is the bogey man, you ain't seen these folks in action it seems.) This will be hilarious if Hunter's lawyers take them up on the offer.

^(Quoted for posterity, stupidity, irony, and hypocrisy)

A couple things:

First of all, "progressives" think the NRA betrayed their original mission and tenets.

*nods*

Secondly , the NRA is also a corrupt enterprise.

*nods*

Thirdly, Hunter Biden has zero need for additional and worse defense attorneys. Expect Hunter to reject that transparently self-serving offer from a right wing grift operation.

*nods*

Fourthly, the only thing that is "hilarious", is the comically epic failure of another stupid and desperate RWCJ attempt to "own the libs".

*nods*

🤣

I have no use for the NRA and the corrupt leadership of Wayne LaPierre.

It is not hysterical that any gun owners group would defend Hunter it is absolutely pathetic.

And necessary. And legal in most cases, all for those who play ball within the system. They are tools, no more or no less than a shovel or a hammer, and no better or worse than the person using it/them.

There is a state over there >>> that limits handgun purchases to one firearm per month. It’s legislation, so there’s the political bit. Was in, was voted out, then was voted back in.

Many people bemoan this, but the positive outlook is, buy one firearm (or firearm related) item per month. So, at our house, we do.

New firearms can be quite pricey, so most months, it’s ammo. I have a website for case quantities of ammo for cheap, and free shipping. That’s right, drop shipped by Brown to my front porch. Last month, the deal of the month was a full case of Black Rifle ammo from Eastern Europe. I’ve used that brand before with great success, so I laid my money down. This month has two extra invoices, so there’s a bit of a quandary as to what to get. Decisions, decisions . . .

And, of course, firearms have triggers, so there’s that, too . . . .
Only allowed 12 guns per year??? There should be a law huh?

Handgun purchases. You can haul off as many long guns per trip as your exchequer will allow.

And the FPC seems to be a separate organization.
Well golly geee wizz. I'm jus gonna run right down there and load up huh? Can never be too safe. Need a weapon in case somebody spills a little coffee on me, orrmaybe doesn't let me pass them on the road, or stands in the crosswalk too long. I am gonna be so darn happy :nana: :nana: :nana:

Happy trails . . . .

When they came for the ...,

I suppose. But it is still despicable and will turn off even more law abiding gun owners from these groups.
Not really. They've already won a constitutional case re. the drug question on the 4473. Of course the ATF is already filing an appeal, but it's not looking good for the ATF at the appellate level. They need one more case in a different district to force the argument before the SCOTUS, and, like it or not, Hunter's case is tailor made for the opportunity.

Hunter lied on his firearms background check form. He is an admitted drug user. Why anyone from a gun owner's group would defend him is beyond me. Just more firearms groups for me to stay away from.

Watching homosexuals talk about guns and trying to look manly is funny.

Keep up the good work boys! lol

Yes he did, but here's the deal. If you are currently taking any number of prescribed drugs your 2nd amendment rights are forfeit under the regulations as now written. That particular question on the 4473 is a form of entrapment. We can agree that Hunter is a pig but even pigs have their rights and get their day in court.

The irony here is that the government has already tried to plea deal the charges away. They DON'T want Hunter to get convicted on that charge and for a myriad of reasons there are thousands of perfectly legal gun owners out there that could be subject to the same charges that don't want him convicted either. Given the ATF's recently runaway over-reach regulation rewrites there are damn good reasons to shut them down now and Hunter's case is a path to doing so. In other words I don't give a fuck about Hunter but I do care about the ramifications of the ATF prevailing on this issue.
