These are all great, but I also love the idea of my partner being on their back in the middle of the bed, with each limb secured with cuffs and rope (or ratcheting tie downs) to the upper four corners of the bed. On her back, limbs skyward, everything so exposed, and barely able to move because there is no leverage to gain traction.
