Traffic is a bitch in NoVA (I'm thankful that I've worked from home for years before COVID made it popular). But it seems as if there may be a critical mass of comparatively-local northern Virginians all looking. Assuming, of course, that everyone is serious about it, will actually meet, and meet safely, discreetly, sanely, etc.

At least those among my primary criteria. Hosting is always a plus (it's so valuable because it's so rare), but it seems as if current and/or former business travelers may have a stash of hotel points or room certificates to use. I know I do -- although it does remind me of the "spongeworthy" episode of Seinfeld.

I traveled to this area and others for my job before I moved here. And yes I had a few ways of finding women while traveling. Hence hotel sex.
