My daughter wanted to try Tahini so I gave her mine. And I am going to make some Ricotta cheese based bars and see if she will eat those.

Tahini? That's surprising, I find the feel of it less pleasant. But if it works, it's at least nutritious.

Any cheese would be nutritious as well, of course. I hope the ricotta bars work.

I switched from Greek Yogurt to Ricotta in all my recipes as there is more protein per once and it is made with less environmental impact. Tahini is best used in my cookie recipes or as a dressing or sauce. Straight it has a very savory taste and a gritty texture - it is ground sesame seeds.

I should now pack one damned annoying thing. Namely a bag of pillow stuffing. Promised to get it into a smaller package, as the buyer pays the postage, too. So I need to really stuff it. Into a certain size. Now where's an extra pair of hands when I need it?

The grandcchildren are safe and she is at the dealership and her no shit look is worse than mine. Watch out Honda dealership as she is pissed off.
