Ok…looks like even with the machine pitching a hissy fit I’ll be done in an hour, maybe plus-five minutes depending on how these samples run through! About an hour later than I’d like, but it could have been a lot worse.

I got my first tattoo at 30. I was always too scared to mark my body permanently. But having 18 surgeries by then, I was very scarred, many of which have left quite a bit of damage. I thought fuck it, these are scars that I chose. It’s had the added and surprising result of making me show more skin because two of the four I have are specific to me and one of a kind. They’re art and I love them. That being said, I probably would still be tattoo free if I hadnt experienced what I have medically x
