Not sure if a random stranger with only cliche as comfort can help, but these times do pass.I don’t know why but I am feeling very isolated and lonely right now.![]()
I'm thinking Lit needs a hug emoji. Some days I really miss him and his laugh.
WHEREMen!!!!!!!!!!
Actually...you can thank Einstein. It has to do with a phenomenon known as time dilation. The faster one travels...the slower the time. Believe it or not...when children's brains function...their neurons are processing information at the most optimal rate possible. Just under the speed of light. So...it seems summers last forever. The older you get...the greater the drop in neuron efficiency. And time fliesWhy is it, when you're young with a lifetime ahead, time drags, then when you get older with less time left you blink and a week/month has passed? We're heading to the point that a quarter of this year is gone already, my diary has bookings for October, then it'll be Xmas, then poof, 2023 gawn auf into the past!
Just do the ironing woman, avoidance by over thinking ain't helping one bit!![]()
I'm seriously going to learn this! The amount of times a year I'm around a table with friends and this comes up ... they'll miss a few sips/gulps of wine if I can give this explanationActually...you can thank Einstein. Key point...time is relative to the point of reference. If I could miniaturize and saddle up a electrochemical pulse in a neuron...I am traveling faster than me just standing here...so time is different. It is the difference in speed that creates the dilation. You can see this process googling muon and cloud chambers. A muon should not exist here on the surface of the Earth...yet there it is for everyone to see. It exists, because it's frame of reference is traveling faster than us standing here is. Same is true with neuron efficiency.I'm seriously going to learn this! The amount of times a year I'm around a table with friends and this comes up ... they'll miss a few sips/gulps of wine if I can give this explanationThank you
