There is a local roaster who made a bean that is dark and yet has very little acid or bitterness. It is a delight in the morning. He calls is "groundhog" for some reason. I have had Jamaican beans and they are very good.

I usually don't catch up either. Sometimes I may have fun reading what's happened last night - usually on weekend mornings when I have plenty of time, or if the night has been very slow.

When I work, most of the people here sleep, so that's no problem...
