Exactly!!!I had a delightful conversation with a good friend who is supposedly on the opposite end of the political spectrum and she pointed out that she thought all politicians are crooks anyway and after about ten seconds of deep thought I realized I thought so too. A few years ago a retired Canadian General was recruited to be a candidate for the Federal Conservative Party. His party assigned CampaignManager constantly referred to the other candidates as "The Enemy". Finally the Genrral said something like "this is not a war. These people are not the enemy. They are our friends and neighbors with whom we gave a small disagreement about how to run the country"

I wish more politicians knew that.
