2h nap - and then being social for 4h (my niece popped in, haven't seen in months and both had big news) - and now I'm exhausted again. Even migraine threatening but this time I got meds at hand....
I can luckily do with ordinary ibuprofen, when I take it as soon as tonight - I make sure to have it on hand. Yesterday was an exception, haven't had it get as bad in years (last time was while driving on the highway, nothing to drink to take the med which I had with me.)I'm glad that you had a good visit with your niece and that you have the migraine meds at the ready.
