Thank you.Yay! Hi Sassy! I like your voice too![]()
I don’t listen to me. When I post in the audio thread I never go back and listen to my voiceI sound so differently in my head than when I listen to it recorded. I much prefer the version in my head.
My wife is from Yonkers, a city just outside of NYC, and has a very distinctive accent. There are multiple NYC accents but the second she opens her mouth you know she's a New Yorker. The only time I am told I do is if it is someone from out of the states. But I guess depending on where on the East Coast you are. One of my favorite Lit voices was from North Carolina. I'd have married her just for her voice.Fara, who is up in New York, has a very strong accent too. I know Boston is known for their accents as well as New Jersey. I'm not from the east coast so I could probably not make out the differences very well. Maybe Boston.
Definitely not deeper. I think maybe more nasally or congested. It's hard for me to describe other than it really caught off guard the first time I heard it.How do you sound different? Do you think you sound deeper or just different?
Love the no pants dance.Half naked. No pants.

Our voices sound deeper in our heads then they do on recording. Something to do with the inner earDefinitely not deeper. I think maybe more nasally or congested. It's hard for me to describe other than it really caught off guard the first time I heard it.
Thanks darling. We should catch up soonIndie, I have said it before and I will say it again, you are gorgeous!
I'm sorry, did you say something? I was distracted by thoughts of your avatar. Our voices sound deeper in our heads then they do on recording. Something to do with the inner ear
yeah, I think it's how the sound travels through the bones of our skull. We never hear ourselves as we truly sound until it's recorded and we're shocked.I was a DJ in college and when I'd hear a playback I ws always horrified. Still hate my voice LOLOur voices sound deeper in our heads then they do on recording. Something to do with the inner ear
we really shouldThanks darling. We should catch up soon![]()

Your accent is as gorgeous as you. I need an emoji with hearts for ears *and* eyes.this is why I should write down what I’m going to say. Should, but I don’t
I can't say I understand why, but I'm glad that you enjoyed my voice.Okay, what is goong on? Am away for a day and suddenly everyone is sharing their wonderfull voices? Is this thread just going to become all of my favourite threads in one?
Loving your accent.My 5 cents
I'm glad I caught your voice. Sorry about the cold. Here you go. But be warned. I am catching a cold. https://voca.ro/1hLLCtIIi2IJ
Highly preferred over the ants in your pants dance.Love the no pants dance.
So many choices. I'll just throw out a couple favorites.
oh Jodie.... your story arcs were so poorly written, but I loved you nontheless...Don't ask a question if you don't want to know the answer. The woman collects penises. "Interesting hobby, Sassy" is the way I see it.
Whatever has the most sugar in it because I can't have it (diabetic) and that means they are the best.
Not a hater, but on the whole underwhelming. She is a fantastic actress (Broadchurch!) but the show failed her.oh Jodie.... your story arcs were so poorly written, but I loved you nontheless...
I love the NZ accent and the subtle difference vs Aussie (and SA)...Here, I have a really deep voice for a woman. I’m an alto.
I love the range of American accents, so cool. All are fun though because they’re different
Thank you. Very nice. By the way, see accents above: you have it lol. Here you go. But be warned. I am catching a cold. https://voca.ro/1hLLCtIIi2IJ
