Chaotic Coffee Klatch (tea also available)

Ohhhhh me tooooo!! I’ve seen both of them and they are both amazing. But Maria Brink’s shows are just something else. Love Taylor Momson’s voice.
I'm very jealous of you. Maria also has a very hard life story and it's amazing what shes achieved. Love that she paints as well.

Joking aside, have any of you been around Lit long enough to recall the "Lit-togethers"? I don't think they've held one in years, now, and the ones I am aware of were all in the New York area. I don't think they were orgies, but then again I wasn't there...
I’ve heard of these but that is it.

Big game today! WHO DEY! 🧡🖤

Oh, yeah. Play DND? I’m in a campaign that’s been running about 2 years. I’m a bard…I basically created myself in the game.
Lol yeah. Everytime I make myself in them I die some horrible death.

We started out first remote one at the start of Covid, and it's wrapping up now (I'm the one running it). Been reallllly happy about remote options. That's about the length of ours, 2 to 3 years, and this is our...I have no idea what number we're on.

As promised, my favorite gluten free breakfast cookie recipe:

1 cup (100g) rolled oats,
1/2 cup (55g) almond flour,
1/2 tsp baking soda,
1/2 tsp salt, (I use no salt – your choice),
1/2 cup (125g) tahini (Substitutes are any nut butters, cashew, or peanut butter),
1/4 cup (80g) maple syrup (Substitutes include honey or molasses)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional add egg to hold the cookie together better.
1/2 cup (60g) Chopped Medjool Dates or any dried fruit like dried cherries, cranberries, or even raisins – be creative!

Simple direction:
preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all wet ingredients and gently blend until smooth.
Add oats and mix, add fruit, and then flour until consistency is firm but still sticky.
Drop tablespoons of cookie mix on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Cook for 10 – 12 minutes or until the edges begin to brown.
Cool on rack.
Thank you! Nice recipe
