2 regular pillows and one body pillow. I only use one regular pillow and the body pillow though. Ideal world I'd be a stomach sleeper, but there are issues there so the body pillow helps with an in between side/stomach position.
My wife has plenty of blankets on her side. I’m always scorching hot, so usually only a sheet for me, and naked.
I'm also a three pillow person, but one is a space filler--not quite a body pillow, just something to roll over onto. I can't sleep on my back with any kind of comfort, so I'm usually a side sleeper. I can do stomach, but like...with a little bit of a twist to it. I've seen people who can sleep stone cold face down in a pillow, and it amazes (and terrifies) me.
