Chaotic Coffee Klatch (tea also available)

I made the ready to eat even on the go breakfast egg muffins. Even after they cooled and stored in the refrigerator, a quick microwave heating, brings out the flavor. Make it once, then have it for when you do not want to make a breakfast.
Maybe I should consider something similar 🤔 Just need fiber in there, too.

The fiber is in the vegetables. Basic recipe: chop favorite vegetables and sauté them. Let cool and then spoon as much as you want into the cup cake tins. Scramble 3 eggs with quarter cup of chicken broth and add your salt, pepper and spices of choice – mine was turmeric and parsley. Pour scrambled egg mix into the cups covering the vegetables and top with cheddar or cheese of your choice. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes. Add as much fiber as you want.
 
The advantage of insomnia and dog with shrinking bladder is I already swept and mopped kitchen floor, washed the sheets and pillows, walked the dog and made coffee and breakfast. Now I have errands to run before meeting a friend for brunch. Take care - stay active - life is short.

Depends on the veggies - and veggies and grains have different kinds of fiber. If I don't eat grains in the morning, I'll probably get too little fibers that day, as I don't eat bread with lunch & dinner.

Question for you all: How many partners do you think you could actually handle in one night before you get tired and just want to go to sleep? What do you think your honest tap out point would be?
One good partner will wear me out.

Also I can't think of switching mental mode between partners. Or the emotional side. That would ruin the switching even if physical side didn't.
