well they weren't that bad, but we had parties where we would cut each others jeans just shy of obscene, fray them with brushes and combs on each other. so all the wear was at the most fashionable places. we called them obscene jeans.

Oh hell no! This was a song in the 70’s. I have never heard of Sammy Johns, and I looked him up and that was from 96. No chance I listened to that… but that might be a remake of the song I remember.


Oh - I see, you are right. Never heard that name before, but it was 1975. The first site was wrong that I found.

I bought a turntable. I haven't had one in ages. It has made me realize that I had some great albums on 8-track. Nashville Skyline by Bob Dylan. Pet Sounds by the Beach Boys. The Eagles Greatest Hits. Live at Folsom Prison by Johnny Cash. Alice's Restaurant by Arlo Guthrie. Damn...can I get a Wham! Clunk!
