Everyone wants to be a part of something, but sometimes what people want isn't necessarily a good fit. There just isn't enough time in the world for one person to accommodate everyone. So you pick and choose how you want to spend your time. Like ignore whoever faults you for that if you want to or argue with them until both your faces are blue...

So not news to you You and plp where what made me more sure cliques were just people looking in who didn't bother jumping in to find out. Separately or together, different times, you were both nothing but friendly to me. If you were a clique, I wouldn't be able to easily wander in, chit chat, go somewhere else, see you elsewhere 3 weeks later, chit chat. leave for 2 months, come back, see you a month later, chit chat. pretty sure cliques aren't like the wander in bar.

Aw, this made my heart happy. We definitely didn't try to exclude people despite some of the negativity that got thrown our way.

so another confession/question whatever...cliques....I have been trying for years to identify these cliques, but can't see them. Sometimes I thought I might but when I jump in, nope wasn't.

1, if you see these cliques, can you tell me a couple?
2, can you tell me what clique I am in?

I am serious. yes, I see two people are friends or couples, maybe even two couple friends, but mostly I just see people bouncing around based on interests, so if you see more, drop me a clue....especially number 2 lol.

I just cling on to whichever clique is the most popular at the time

I save those for when I leave the blinds up and wanna show off to the neighbors.
