Hanging wallpaper and all the moving furniture back and forth. More the wallpaper itself, I assume - it's a lot of odd movements for hands, often up on the wall. The going up and down the ladder is not as bad as for the thighs, or even being up there in an awkward position.

Well, not surprisingly, I intend to mostly take it easy and move just enough to ease my back a little. My feet are actually a bit swollen, from being so tired.
