And now I'm longing for the rhubarb season! I use to add strawberries and a dash Pernod to the rhubarb. Other than that it's quite similar to the one we make.Fruit Crumble @cascadiabound
Stewed Fruit
Fruit of choice - mine was rhubarb
Chop and stew over medium heat, some add sugar or maple syrup but I add apple for sweetness (I like tart fruit)
Put into a deep dish like a dutch oven
Crumble
Add to a bowl some oats, coconut, sugar/syrup, cinnamon, a bit of cornflour or almond meal, marg
Scrunch with your hands until it’s fully mixed in then crumble over the fruit
