Yep. 4 lengths still going up, of which 1 will be cut to fit the window, 1 will stay whole, and 2 in the corner are waiting for paint to dry. Took off a weird board from the corner, only to find out it was hollow behind it... So had to fill it before it can be papered over.

I'm realising more and more I'm fragile these days and also the only place I can actually talk about anything is on here. I'm glad I came back.

What are the big plans for the weekend?
Have to get my home (and myself, yikes!) ready for the date tomorrow night. Then lazy weekend.
The food thing is def an issue. I'm sitting looking at myself, nearly 50, overweight, unfit and in pain a lot. Something needs to give and I recon it needs a change of diet and
Let me give you a practical piece of advice regarding diet change: start by adding healthy things. Just focus on adding those. If I guess right, it's veggies, fiber, maybe fruits and berries too (I got the advice of 2dl of berries every day myself - those contain plenty of vitamins etc.) Starting a meal with veggies is one effective habit.

That will, actually, already reduce the amount of unhealthy things in almost all cases, without even thinking about it. And it's much nicer and easier to add than to leave out!

Then, once you get that going well, you may think what else you need to do, but actually adding one healthy aspect after another will do quite a lot of the work usually. The next step would probably be replacing towards the healthier. Like, it's better to drink water than soda.
