Chaotic Coffee Klatch (tea also available)

So far, it involves a cereal of squats and crunches, then some flying lunges to catch candy 🤪😆
Hahaha - that is a pretty good leg workout. If you ate your cereal off the floor and did one squat per spoonful, that would be a good daily workout. The lunges - well, I'd probably get carried away on those and just manage to hurt myself.
