Those all sound divine! I’m usually more of a chocolate ganache and whipped cream kind of girl but white chocolate peppermint cheesecake with a gingerbread crust sounds out of this world and fully wintery.
It is, and those truffles are basically cold ganache...nothing in them but good quality dark chocolate, butter, and cream.

My favorite is dusting them with good-quality cocoa. I've done powdered sugar before, as well as freeze-dried raspberries.
