Freezing rain this morning. It's the worst. No accumulation, just a mess. You can't make snow cream, you can't go sledding, you can't lie and say you can't get out of the driveway...

It's just makes a damn ice cover over everything - and it's a pain to scratch away from car windshield!

Home again, winding down... Car thermometer sais 0C, but it must have been at least a bit below as there frozen drops on the windshield, and some cars seemed to have even more.

Well...I think I got the internship. I stumbled a little there at the end because I wasn't aggressive enough. But I got a call back!! It's on a trail basis for the next few weeks until a permanent position is created!

Aggressivity isn't always wanted. It's the common expectation that it would be, but... it's not. And an aide needs to be a good match for the one aided.
