I bet when you did your karate that your body loved it to, you always feel full of energy and happy as all get out it was always that way when I was dancing I was queen of my world.
Nobody tells us when we are younger how bad the body will feel with age.
that is a huge plus hopefully if you keep going on the same path you will be living a life with minimal pain.

funny you say that we had a chat here about mangoes earlier and I contacted my commercial supplier to get fun sized packs of dried mango shipped for the hotel.. I'm pretty damn sure not one pack will ever see the mini bar draw

I have never felt better than when I was doing karate all the time. I feel sad most days that I can't anymore.

But I'm pretty determined to get a lot of that flexibility back because older only sucks more if you're not, really ups the stakes plus I have this occasional guy who I need to keep up with.
